How long your pieces last depends on how often you wear it, as well as the PH of your skin, exposure to chemicals, and frequent rubbing against other surfaces. Here are some ways to extend the life of your Fundanglers:
- Wash your hands before putting on or taking off your earrings.
- Put on earrings after you’ve applied lotion, perfume or makeup.
- Do not drop your earrings in tomato sauce.
- Do not participate in a triathlon while wearing Fundanglers. The sweat, sea water, & chlorine will advance the aging process.
Over time, the metals tarnish, but still hold their beauty. I have a pair I made over ten years ago, still gets the “oooo I love your earrings!”
What if I lose one earring?
I buy my beads in small batches. If I have the exact same beads, I will make a replica of that one lost Fundangler at 75% of the original cost, plus shipping, within the first year of purchase date.
