Refund policy

I do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the wrong item was shipped to you by my mistake.

If an item was received broken, please ship back within 5 days, at your expense.  I will make any needed repairs and return to you in a timely manner.  Please remember you are getting a one of a kind artwork, not a mass produced product.

All of my earrings are made with the utmost of care and from durable high quality materials.  When creating each pair of earrings, I use a variety of unique and complex techniques to achieve Fundanglers aesthetic. So please keep in mind that, like all things in life, wearable art will wear.
